Came here for a birthday breakfast after having scouted the area for any good cafe/diner spots and I was not disappointed.

The "Killer Hash Browns" are killer. Best breakfast in Utah County. It starts with a great big oval plate with a base of hash browns. Piled high on top of that are layers of bacon, peppers, onions, another layer of has browns all smothered in gravy and then topped with delicious melted cheddar and Colby Jack cheese.

Great place for a nice comfortable breakfast. The bar is good for a nice quite evening. The patrons are low key and just happy to play you in a game of pool. They have karaoke in the all ages section as well, but let's be honest, nobody really likes karaoke... especially sober.

It is a heart attack on a plate and worth every bite. I usually get a full plate and will take home enough for one or two meals saved for later.

I don't recall the food being especially flavorful, but I was expecting a giant mess of a plate of food, and that's what I got. Their large portions drew me in and I came back a second time with some friends because the first time was a good experience.

Having grown up in Montana and worked in a lot of its smaller towns, Callie's Cafe is a perfect throwback to me of good food, and (maybe a little too) down to earth interior and service. It's what I love.

I didn't have any expectations when I was first invited to this place, but I was pleasantly surprised. The style of diner was nice. The waitress I had was very kind, and consistent with service. When my food arrived, it did not look very appealing. It looked simply like a step up from a McDonald's burger. However when I began eating, it turned out to be a ton better than McDonald's. The taste totally made up for the lack of presentation. Great food.

I always get the killer hash browns of Mark's pitcher mound which is essentially biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage too. You know what you're getting in to here. The food is cheap, and, for its price, it's awesome. I'll be coming to this place as long as I live in Utah Valley.

Killer hash browns.

My second time coming the service was quite slow, but we felt bad for the older lady that was literally waitressing the entire place and seemingly the restaurant next door as well (she was busy!). They could definitely use some more staff for the busy times to keep all of us impatient people happy. It was dinner time for my second experience and karaoke was in full swing.
