We always knew we were in good hands and felt very secure in knowing their response time was so fast. They are amazing guys at this station. Thank you for a job well done.
The level of professionalism which they exhibited was extraordinary. Many years ago when our youngest boy was only 2 years old he had stuck his index finger deep into his hard plastic booster seat and quickly he became stuck. As a result of this his finger began to swell very quickly.
My wife and I lived in Orem for over 15 years. In that time we had to call upon the Orem City Fire Department several times for various reasons. I think they got to know us very well. The speed of their response was simply amazing.
At first glance they wondered why we had called but they soon found out that it took three firemen to free our boy. After cutting him free they gave our son a stuff teddy bear and some treats. It was great to see just how efficient they were and my son's finger wasn't too hurt from the experience.
