I'm writing this in hopes that they seek to improve some of their poor points.
Great market that is close to my house. Selection is pretty good and recently they have been lowering prices and having some good sales. A bit run down though.

Walking the yogurt aisle and I see one dated to expire 9/27/17 (check photo)
My fiance went in to have a prescription filled, while she was waiting she was browsing feminine hygiene products. She was accused of stealing and was brough into the security office and had to empty her bag. Of course there was nothing taken so she was let go. But the fact that they stopped her in front of other people and accused her of stuffing her purse was mortifying for her. That aside if you ever need help at the customer service counter there is no one there and the cashiers never come over to help.
Worst costumer service every time I go. They don't look you in the eyes, they are not friendly, and they don't help you unless you go walk a mile around the store to find someone to help. Customer service is the most important part of owning a business. They don't come anywhere close to competing with the costumer service of other grocery stores in town. To be fair I'm sure they do have a few employees that treat their customers right.
Don't get me started on the upkeep of the restrooms.
You really need to watch the expiration dates especially on Dairy and Fresh Products. I don't know how the other stores are but this is the store on 1600 North in Orem. I will say the employees have always been really really nice in there I go in when they have canned good specials
Food Selection: I believe I haven't had any luck in finding fresh fruit at this location. I regularly find fruit flies while i'm walking through the produce section. I once purchased some sourdough bread to make a nice breakfast for my family only to find it was already covered in mold. (shame on me for not checking the date?). Last night, i managed to purchase coffee creamer that expired in JUNE (8/21 At time of review). Found this out after i had already finished one cup of coffee.
