Was told my item would be installed in 3 days, it's ten days later. I have called the store multiple times. Nothing has been done yet or even scheduled. Would recommend somewhere else not Orem, Utah lowes.

It really says a lot about a store when they treat you this good. I hope this isn't just something exclusive for those of us who live in Utah, that would be really sad; BUT I AM GLAD I LIVE HERE in the event this is strictly reserved for those in our state.
The Orem store has very bad customer service. They have hung up on me twice without answering the phone. Their price may be better but I'm going elsewhere to buy my refrigerator. If they can't even be bothered to tell me hold please, I don't trust them to help me with such a large purchase.
I love Lowe’s but I will NEVER shop at their Orem store again. I was in the store for over an hour, every time I would see an employee to ask for help, they conveniently disappeared. When I was able get help, they had no idea what shelving brackets or beadboard was. A few days later...I Tried to return some items, I had the receipt for one item and they were able find the other one by swiping my card. Since I didn’t have a drivers license with me (I wasn’t driving) they would not give me a refund or even give me store credit. WHAT! Not everyone drives. The guy was a real jerk!!
Anyway, I believe one was named Marlan and the other Collin, the girl that works the register is also really helpful. Erika knew I would buy some stuff I needed and some I wasn't sure if my cabinet man/plumber/electrician would actually need. In short she made a copy of a few things to submit to my landlord because the receipts are so easy to lose. I think she even said I could keep every purchase under my current phone number.
I went in to get a bit more paint to finish a project and the employee at the paint counter was amazing. I showed him a picture of the bar code from the original can and just a few minutes later I was on my way. Lowe's is great!
Had to make several visits to get things I truly needed, at my many visit (I have the receipts to prove my visits in the last two weeks) I was helped by 2 people who went out of their way to make this quick and easy and were so kind it was like visiting some family member that had your "best interest at heart".
