I do not know how this company expects to stay in business. I need a simple repair done to some flooring and I cannot get ahold of anyone.I have called and left numerous voicemails (including calling the general manager), set up an appointment in person (no one showed up for the appointment to give us a quote), and tried emailing through their website. The only reason I keep trying to get ahold of someone is because I know they have the linoleum we need to fix the floor. This company is horrible to deal with. I would never recommend them.
I am a first time carpet buyer and am on a pretty tight budget. I shopped around at 4 different carpet stores and Carpet Giant had the best price by a long ways. I worked with two different sales people and both of them were very helpful in my decision while at the same time not being pushy in any way. I was extremely pleased with the service as well as the installation quality and would certainly recommend this carpet store.
After being able to get ahold of the manager he was very apologetic and had an installer out to our home within a few days. The manager did not charge us for the labor and material because communicating with the company was so hard. We appreciated this gesture and if we return I may just ask to speak with the manager right away.
No throw rugs.

Jeremy Grimes was referred to me by a friend and he did a great job. We were doing a remodel and Jeremy got us the carpet and floor coverings in a timely manner. Great to work with.
Avoid this business at all cost! Three complaints: 1. I got estimates from various carpet stores and went with COCG because they had the lowest bid. Halfway through the job they demanded an additional fee of $1500 above their bid to complete the job. 2. The carpet is pieced together in 3" strips, such that in one area 3'x3' of my hall I have seven different seams! 3. Now the carpet is wrinkling and they have told me that the lifetime of restretching I was promised when I bought the carpet is no longer valid.
