I dropped off some white bebe shorts to get cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick them up they looked worse than before!!! There was a stain on the front that was not there before, the fabric looked damaged and wrinkled. The girl was nice and offered to redo them...not sure it's going to help. A pair of my favorite shorts ruined :(
I have been taking our dry cleaning to Bairds for 18 years. They have never disappointed. Excellent & professional service.
Embarrassing. I wish I would've looked at the reviews before I went. My mistake. I took my suit to them and picked it up a few days later thinking that everything went great! Sunday morning I put my foot through the pant leg and find out that the stitching had been taken out of the hem on the leg and found that I didn't have pants to wear to church. My wife took the pants back the next week for me and she said that they took them back saying that they would fix the problem free of charge. Well I went back a few days later to find that all they did was re-press the hem. Obviously this didn't work. The employee blamed the person who hemmed them in the first place (which was two years ago) saying that they never stitched them and must've just pressed them real good. I then showed her the other pant leg that had stitching in it, so obviously shut that down quickly, but she decided to hold her ground and blame someone else for their mistake. You would think that as a small business they would humbly take the blame and do what they could to fix the problem. Terrible customer service and instead of paying $15 to get my suit cleaned now I have to pay more money to get my pants hemmed again. They've lost my business and hopefully yours.
The owner, Dennis, harassed my wife while she worked for Baird's dry cleaning. Please do not work here. I would avoid doing any business with this man.
Ruined my suit. Told me it was eaten by moths previously which is laughable. The damage that was there was absolutely not there before I took it in. The owner Dennis is horrible to deal with and treats his customers with contempt. Offered to do nothing. Knowing my experience and seeing so many other negative reviews I hope this place doesn't have luxury of staying in business much longer.
