Yes, I will call Ryan again! (I have an old house, I'm going to need a plumber again in a few years for the next thing that breaks.) Ryan was punctual, and I felt very comfortable letting him into my home. I dislike having strangers in my space, so this was a big deal. It was very easy to have a frank discussion about the work that needed to be done right away, the work that could be done in a perfect world, and how much money I was willing to spend. I understood what and why he was doing at all times, and I knew that if things started turning into a bigger project than I was willing to pay for/deal with (because sometimes the plumbing repair you know you need is just the tip of the iceberg), I could press pause at any moment. There was NO pressure to do more than I wanted to. Also, Ryan's work is great. He has an attention to detail that I really appreciate. He didn't just do the work so that it worked exceptionally, it also looks great. The caulk around my new toilet is picture-perfect. My repaired faucet looks better-balanced than when he arrived (it probably is!). My new faucet was installed on a surface that he cleaned completely first so there are no marks from where the old fixture was. Yes! Ryan did great work and I absolutely will hire him again.
I can't begin to thank Franco C. and Any Hour Services. It was less than two hours from the time I placed the call until Franco arrived. His friendly and professional demeanor is something to be prized. He was able to quickly determine the issue with our Furnace and Thermostat and give us options on repairs. Today our furnace is running better and much more efficiently than it did when new. Franco was able to correct some errors made when the furnace was originally installed and now the furnace doesn't run all night to keep a comfortable temperature. It was refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in doing their job well. Guaranteed, we will contact Any Hour Services next time we need service or repairs in our home.

Had a great experience the last several times we have had Any Hour Services come over to our home for cooling and plumbing work. We recently had a water heater tune up and the technician Tyler was wonderful at explaining things and going over our options, in the end it was determined that we needed our water heater replaced. Tyler went through our options and them made sure we were able to get an appointment to have a new water heater installed the next day. Brad came over the next afternoon to install the new water heater. He was nothing but professional, kind, courteous, and friendly. He did a wonderful job explaining what he was going to be doing and going over the processes and options. He made sure to talk to us throughout the process if there was something that needed explaining. He went above and beyond to configure the new water heater in a way that looked great and gave us more space in our utility room. Any Hour sent out Russel W. to help deal with some plumbing issues/installations we were having late on a Saturday night. He was incredibly friendly, gave us detailed explanations any time we had questions and was very knowledgeable. He recognized a major water pressure issue (house was at ~150psi, max should be ~80psi, said it was among the highest he's ever seen in 7 years for a residential location). He ended up staying until 4:30am to install a pressure reducing valve on the main water line to make sure our water pressure was safe.
I will also use Any Hour Services when I am in need of heating and A/C servicing as well. They were courteous and seemed to take particular interest in my needs, scheduling appoints as soon as possible. They also always alerted me to Andrew's upcoming visit, so that I knew exactly when he would arrive. He was always prompt and ready to work.
