Took an hour and forty minutes to hunt down my package. I was sent between three different post offices to find my package. My apartment is holding mail because it is new and there are no mail boxes which I already knew but that doesn't explain why the employees told me it was delivered and then also said nothing was being sent out because it's being held. One of many rude comments was "Guess you shouldn't have mailed yourself a package." Right. An item I had to purchase online for a class because they are not provided on campus.
Best post office in Orem! Staff is kind and helpful and relatively faster than other post offices around here.
I went in to get a passport and didn't realize i needed to make an appointment ahead of time. The line was short and one of the workers said she would help me as long as the line stayed down. I can't remember her name but she was a Polynesian women. Hands down the nicest and friendliest government employee i have ever met, Maybe even the nicest customer experience ever. She made a terrible process go very smoothly! Thanks!
carriers need more training about delivering mail in the right house. They lost an envelope with very sensitive document to replace that, cost me $ 540 and 3 months waiting.
Mediocre service, the people running the PO Boxes have no idea what they're doing. The service isn't very timely. There's usually a line, and the people working the line don't really even care.
