I'm a loan officer and have been working with the agents at this real estate company for 15 years. Great agents to work with. I've used them to buy my current home and 3 other investment properties. Their rental management is a plus when looking at investments because they have a great feel for what it will rent for.
Don't do it. Very unprofessional. They will rent out their properties without fire alarms in home, not do ANYTHING other than send guys to take pictures of it every time we complained regarding a leak coming from the roof, which was damaging the entire property, potentially could have been creating mold. They also claim to mow the lawn was $450 which they will do 3 weeks after you move out. So, expect less than half of your deposit. Just don't do it.
We love Shane and Home Basics Real Estate! Unfortunately we were victims of a racist harassment neighborhood this past holiday season. Due to the nature of the circumstance we were forced to find a new resident ASAP. Shane represented Home Basics with his best, from conversing on the phone to meeting in person and pursuing with the process.
