Was good until new owners/management took over. The fees went up just before this. My guess is because of the new owners. Had me come in and sign new paperwork, get my Credit Card info, and new contracts, only to take away the RV storage then next month, with less than a month notice to leave. Then to get a refund, I have to fill out a refund form? Give me a break. New owners don't seem very professional or care about anyone other than their pockets. Terrible experience since the take over. The office staffer is the only one that seems to care, and was very professional. I believe this is a management company though.
The staff here is incredibly helpful!! When we were running late the gal working stayed after her shift to do our paperwork and get us set up! She was super nice and helpful! They were also offering the best rates for the size of unit we needed- which is another plus! They are recently under new management, so they have upgraded things- like installing a new gate (better security for the win!). Definitely recommend them to anyone near the Orem area!

Not only do they have the best rates I could find in Utah County, they were INCREDIBLY helpful. The staff bent over backwards to help us get the best unit for our situation the very day we called. I'm talking researching etc. We were kind of a labor intensive client and they were amazing and accommodating. Shout out to Lindsey especially for being so helpful. The facilities also look great. We are very happy to have found this place!
