Quick and reliable service. I mentioned there was damage on my rental that I didn't want to be responsible for before leaving their facility. The agent came out and took multiple pictures from different angles to document well the damage so that I would not be held accountable. Very pleasing to work with and the vehicles are cleaner than multiple other locations I have rented from. I will be back for sure!
Terrible experience. Customer service.. can we even call it that anymore? Rude employees. Employees were very rude to my wife and unsympathetic to delayed flights. Prepayed car was given away and was told that there was nothing that could be done. I was told a completely different story than what was told to my wife from the same employee . Would not recommend this location.
HORRIBLE SERVICE (if you can call it that)! Ignored for over 20 min. Had to ask some kid who came in (to answer the phone) if the people in front of me (who had been waiting nearly 2 hours) could be helped. He said no and walked to the back. Prepaid car was given to someone else. I dont know how this site stays in business. Guessing not very many repeat customers. Never got the car. Ended up at Enterprise for cheaper and a much better car and experience. Skip this store at all cost.
My insurance company sent me here to get a rental car after having been in an accident. When I went to bring the car back, there was an issue with the bill. Because I pay for rental car coverage every month, I shouldn't hardly pay anything. The men that were there at this location understood that I had been dealing with a lot of trouble the past couple of weeks due to the accident. They were kind enough to fix the problem so that I didn't need to call my insurance and figure things out over the phone. I'm truly grateful for the understanding and help that I received. Glad that there are still people who are willing to go the extra mile to help.
Overall the experience was positive. However, the car still had water/drink bottles from the previous renter. Not a big deal, only took a minute for us to toss them but made obvious the fact that the car had not been cleaned after the last use. Also, the front tires had very low tread, they would not have passed the penny test (didn't notice til we were far away from the rental location). Still the car performed well and we had no problems.
