We've never had a problem here, though it is likely best to go on a day where Costco isn't swamped with people, since many find it quite appealing to get their car done while someone else is doing the shopping, so the vacuuming lot can get pretty crowded some days.
I have been using Quick Quack since my car has been in Utah. When I went though, it cause some weird streaks to cover my vehicle.
He was nice enough to have my car waxed and polished to fix the issue.
So I don't particularly care if my car is dirty but my car was DIRTY going in. The staff was pretty friendly and I like how quick it is to get in and out from getting your car washed. My car is shiny but still pretty dirty on the lower parts. They have a really kind and understanding staff cause I came back and they let me run my car through again. It looked a little better but overall not too much of a change. As you can see there is still a ton of dead bugs on the front of my car. So I just kinda gave up. It's not a bad deal and I bet if you got the unlimited washes membership or something you could just sit and run it through a bunch of times until it's really clean to your liking but since the front of my car is super low I don't think even doing that is going to help this situation. Guess I better go elsewhere and work on it myself. But hey if you don't let your car get too too dirty ever I'm sure this place would be perfect!
I spoke with a manager there (Jeremy) and he explained that it is the bug spray that causes it, and that it mostly happens on late 90s early 2000s Honda vehicles.
Nice place. They give you dash wipes every time you go. Pricing is affordable for what you are getting and I like how efficient the tunnel is. Only thing that I would say would make it better is having a way for members to have a separate line they don't have to stop and wait for a representative if they didn't want to.
I still can't give 5 stars due to the current state of the rinsing not being good enough, and the bug spray still causing issues for my car. I have upped the stars solely because of Jeremy fixing the issue.
Car wash is great. Awesome price. Only reason for a four star rather than a 5 is when it is packed their friendly touch can make the lined longer and they don't have a way to monitor who was their first.
