Fast, effective, efficient... prices aren’t crazy for what they offer. Free vacuuming. I think it’s the best place in Orem and Provo. It also offers good deals when you go continuously.
Probably the overall best place around. It’s not cheap by any means but hey you can go 6 days a week. The staff is always pretty good. I’ve tried the other car washes that have popped up lately but this one just seems to have the experience and know how so I stick with them. Best car wash around. Go here.
Horrible Customer Experience. I called in two hours before I dropped of my car for a detail. I asked them if they could clean out the tracks that our pilot seats slide on. They confirmed that this would be no problem. When I dropped the car off, I also confirmed with two other individuals that this wouldn't be an issue. For $73.02, we purchased a service to vacuum, and clean the interior of the car. It was explained that they would wipe down the interior and shine all the vinyl surfaces. We specifically asked to have them clean all the cup holders which they said were included..... Two specifics were requested. Clean the cup holders and vacuum the tracks for the sliding seats.... When we returned to pick up the car, neither of these were done. The "manager" explained that I could bring it back another time and they could clean it again. I expressed that we didn't have time for that. He then went and got "his manager" and he told me the same thing. I told them we live 30 minutes away and we aren't in Orem very often. I expressed my frustrations and asked them to discount my $73 transaction. They were rude and would not accommodate my request. Both of these managers did not act like they cared for our specific situation. At one point one of the managers said "the tracks are cleaner than they were before"...... I told him it wasn't good enough, and that when you pay someone to clean the car, you expect it to be all the way clean, not just "cleaner than before"... They genuinely did not care to correct their mistakes in a way that would work for us as the customer..... I will be disputing the entire transaction amount with American Express and posting on social media about this poor and pathetic display of customer service.
This is the best car wash in Orem area. It is only affordable if you buy the monthly pass, which we do. It does a superb job in getting your car squeaky clean. The vaccines are very good. They have a floor mat washer. They also have compressed air to blow out the dust in your dashboard. Highly recommend.

I went in during their busy hours and thought my car wasn't going to be cleaned all that well because of how fast the track was moving.
To my surprise it was squeaky clean! Great job guys
