The MAC part of this store has the worst customer service. The employee was very unhelpful and made me wait forever to buy a simple foundation. I will not be coming back to this Macy's unless their employees get better attitudes.
I would avoid doing any wedding registry shopping at this location at all costs. The main registry sales agent was very deceptive in getting us into a Macy's credit card "to save us money." It turned out to be a nightmare trying to cancel the card and wasn't worth whatever supposed money savings she promised us. Then when we tried returning duplicate items, she tried giving us 30-40% of the price that our friends and family had originally paid when they bought the items because of some bogus restocking policy that seemed totally made up. When we threatened to take the items out of the store and just sell them for full price on eBay or Amazon marketplace, she conveniently found a way to fix the problem in about 30 seconds and could give us all the money back. I was very dissatisfied with her service and found the entire experience to be ridiculous. I would highly recommend registering elsewhere like Amazon or Target.
The managers are the nicest. Helped my mom and I a bunch. Much respect.
