I called about a broken TV and I was instructed on a few things to try over the phone and that if it still wasn't working to bring it in for a free consultation. I took the TV in and Rick was able to help look at my TV and had a few solutions, upon further investigation he called me back with options and said it would cost more than the TV was worth to repair instead of trying to upsell me or get me to pay the money for the repair. The service was fantastic and the consultation was truly free. I'll continue to use this company and would recommend them to anyone needing help with a broken TV.

I was constantly losing my Dish signal, and Dish Network wanted to charge me $150 to have a technician come out. I called Superior Satellite instead and they diagnosed the problem with me there on the phone. They could have easily said we'll need to send someone out and charged me for the visit, but they instead took the time to work with me on the phone and help me solve my issues. My experience with this company was extremely positive, and I feel as if I can trust them with anything that will arise in the future. I was so impressed I took the time to write this review...which is saying a lot.
Excellent service. Willingly discussed problem over the phone, suggested what I might do to solve the problem, offered free diagnostics if I brought the TV in to the shop. I tried what was suggested and solved the problem without any cost or leaving my home. I obviously appreciate this; andif I had to take it somewhere, Superior TV & Satellite is the place I'd go.
