It was a good dog... But it is still just a hot dog.
Well, not everybody loves it cuz I don't love it.
J Dawgs are the only hot dogs I will eat. The texture and flavor are so freaking amazing. Their sauce is my favorite! Of course I had to buy a bottle of it to take home with me. Love this place, thank you to whoever started it!!!
These guys have it right and the reviews speak for themselves. A simple and delicious meal for a great price with a positive atmosphere.
I love this place, the food is great, the employees are pretty nice, and when I go in it's never really crowded.
I love the dog and I love it with spicy brown mustard.
It usually always turns out pretty decent so not much of a complaint.
I don't love hot dogs. That said, this is a good one. They only serve hot dogs so if you want something else don't bother going here.
Although I can imagine how busy it gets during lunch hour.
There are some downsides to eating there. They are very minor, but I will list them anyway. The first thing would be that you have to wait approximately 10 minutes to get your dog.
There is a beef dog and a Polish which is just a little bit spicy. There was ok sauerkraut (think Costco style) with banana pickles or jalapenos, sort of like Subway.
I'd rather wait than get a warmed-up old dog.
Other than that that place is awesome
The second thing is that if you're not quick enough to tell them you don't want their special sauce, they will usually automatically put it on your dog thinking that you want it because everybody loves it.
Great hotdogs, LOVE the special sauce. Fast service. Simple, easy to understand menu. I really like that tax is included on the menu price. $4 for a hotdog (polish or beef) including tax and toppings is a pretty good deal. If you're really hungry, one dawg might not fill you up though.
So if they put that sauce on my dog , I can't bring myself to eat it.
They are grilled with ridges, there is this special sauce and you can get other toppings.
They just serve hot dogs (with fixings optional), chips and drinks. Not too bad or a price!
I could eat there every night or at least three nights a week and be very very happy.
If you don't like this place it would only be because you had to wait in line or you are vegan. The wait isn't bad if you time it right. If you go at 12 noon of course there will be a wait.
