The food is classic panda. Nothing to talk about there. This morning however they were very understaffed; it took 30 minutes to get my meal. The staff, however, handled this exceptionally. My meal was discounted and I was given some free food and drinks. Every restaurant will have its hiccups but they took care of the customers.
Good food. Great service! I love coming to Panda. They have also really upped their game with the Teriyaki Chicken!
With the economy going down I've noticed the quality of food go with it. At a time when people don't want to spend money you should make them want to. This use to be the best panda expresses in the provo/orem area. Today when I went I got my usual honey walnut shrimp and it was soggy not the normal crispy I'm use to. The chopstick were the cheapest I've ever seen. It was just a low quality of food. Very disappointing when you traveled 80 miles to have that panda express. Can't say I will return.
The line moves pretty quick so you can get your food fast. Panda Express is always good. Employees were very nice. Bathrooms were also clean.
I walked in right at closing time. The staff were very nice and friendly and didn't turn me away. There were not many selections available but Isabella told me that if I didn't see what I wanted they would make it fresh for me. After ordering Justin cooked everything up fresh for me right on the spot he told me that if I had to wait for something I might as well get it all made fresh. They were extremely friendly and helpful and it was the best food I have ever had at panda THANK YOU center Street panda employees. I will return and recommend this panda to everyone I know.
