The physical therapist had a poor bedside manner and was rude and condescending. At the PT’s suggestion, I scheduled two additional physical therapy appointments. I showed up for the first one and was told that I should have been notified that the PT was out of the office and my appointment had been cancelled; however, I was not notified. I confirmed my next appointment and when I showed up that morning, none of the PT staff were in. I ended up waiting 15 minutes before leaving. I spoke with the receptionist for the medical staff and he seemed as confused as I was that no one was available for my scheduled appointment. Overall, I’m frustrated that my time has been wasted twice in order to get to appointments during work hours and find that they have been cancelled without warning.

I have two different ratings. The medical staff were a 5. The front desk staff are great and professional. The doctor was friendly and compassionate. The physical therapy staff are a 1. So all together i have them a 3.
Fast and courteous professional service from check in to seeing the doctor. Helped in accommodating me with an appointment I had within the half hour in another city by getting me through quickly. Much appreciated.
Dr. VanShaar is amazing! He actually listens and tries to help you instead of just pushing you out the door for the next patient. He has a wonderful attitude. The front desk people are great. They are very friendly and are super helpful. Great place!
