First off, I never write any reviews. This is the first time I've ever felt the need to get the word out. Hands down worst purchase experience I've ever had. They sold me and my wife a faulty book saying that it was ok and other students had done the same thing. Same book mind you so we have double the losses. I was assured I would be refunded if they did not work. The book did not fly with my professor, went to get a refund and they would not refund me. They would only buy it back for a measly sun when I had spent quite a large amount on the book. Will absolutely never purchase from this company again and advise you to do the same. Super dishonest company.
Very dishonest and rude people. I think it was even the manager/owner who I dealt with. I rented a book here for one semester and ended up needing it for the following semester as well. I was hoping I could just pay a small fee for extending my rental. The guy looked at me like I was an idiot and in a condescending manner told me that I had to pay full price for it again. I was a little taken back and asked if I could just pay a renewal fee, again, in a rude manner told me it wasn't possible and that I could sell it back for $5 and then I could use that towards it. I walked out and got my books off of amazon for WAY cheaper and some right from the school and I got back every penny that I paid. AVOID THIS PLACE. There are cheaper places and kinder people out there.
Never been impressed with this place. The staff always is nice, but only once have I found a book here I've been looking for, and the price has always sent me to other places.
Robert did an excellent job. Always a great company to come back to. Also Dallin did a great job, Josh as well. Rock on.
It's neat inside, but they only really have uvu materials sometimes they will have byu books.
