Decent selection of popular and fringe board games. Employees are extremely helpful and able to answer your questions. Also has a board game league and sponsors casual board game nights.
I've never really had a good experience with this Dragon's Keep. The one in Provo is much better. Whenever I go to this one, it feels like the employees don't want to be there and are put out whenever I ask for help. I don't feel like I get any actual help. I don't feel welcomed. Their MTG inventory is awful and not taken care of. They make you look yourselves and don't even keep track of what they do have so often times is a wild goose chase just hoping they have something you want and often coming up empty handed. This is by far one of the worst game shops around. Go to Dragons Keep Provo or Gamers Grid in Lehi.
Great friendly atmosphere. We've attended both their free play board game nights and their board game league and both are fun. They have nice selection of comics, tabletop minis and board games.
Awesome comic book and game store. Has a nice mom and pop feel to it. Not a big corporate chain. They have an excellent selection of both RPG and board games. They're very helpful and always nice. There is a Mexican restaurant in the same place, just on the other half of the area. It's a little unusual, but kind of convenient.
They have events like board game league, dice masters, and Magic the Gathering. Board game league is every Thursday and they play one game for 4 weeks with the final week being a tournament with prizes and/or store credit for the winners. It is $5 per person and that allows you to at for the month. Jacob and Lee are fun as they run the board game league. They also have casual play night on Tuesdays where people are welcome to come and play games for free. Available games to play are downstairs. They are attached to a Mexican food restaurant so there are sometimes food smells that waft in to the game side, but it is not bad. If you come for game nights you are welcome to bring your own food as long as its not messy. I recommend you bring your own drink as there isn't fountain as part of the store. They have a pretty good selection of games.
