Nice place. This location in particular is nice. The layout is conducive to browsing. Staff is helpful but can be smothering. Prices are steep sometimes.
Kind of looks nice, but book selections are sparse and the music they play makes you feel like you're in church... Don't really want that experience when I'm out shopping and just want to have a good time. Good for a Deseret Book. Service is good, but the employees can be super suffocating with all of their constant "can I help yous?" throughout the store. It's a book store, but I feel like I can't have a moment alone from them to just inspect a book.
Clean and nice staff. Good location because it is right next to the mall and movie theater.
Prices are a bit high compared to some other retailers but the selection is as good as it gets and the staff is very helpful. The distribution services center here is also convenient.
