I've had to sit through 40 minute phone calls and spent 35 of that time on hold because they were calling the office to get answers to my questions and when I had a question about the answer they came back with they had to put me on hold and call the office AGAIN! How does this make sense? Just cut out the middle man and let me speak to a nurse directly!

When I called i thoroughly presented my concern on what I needed to go in there for and asked if that's something they would be able to do. Explained where my cyst was and if they could do anything about it, after letting them know my experiences with it and other details from previous appointments in my home state, and they again assured they could.

The doctor walks in for maybe 10 minutes TOPS after waiting for an hour and walks in only to tell me that he can't do anything about it and has to refer me to another doctor. He goes to "ask the other doctors their opinions" and that they may or may not come in before seeing the issue. He walks back in and reassures his "thought" on the suggestion. I understand what he said, but for that same reason is why I made sure to call and get answers on the phone before wasting my time and money on a consultation that meant nothing or shed any light on the issue.

Love Dr. Berry, I trust him and he has the best bedside manner but calling to ask a medical question is an hour long time commitment and going in for an appointment is a longer one!

To make matters worse, I had to ask the doctor for some type of medication to at least help fight the infection, and he stood there for a second and said "uh, yeah i guess we could do that". I don't understand why that wouldn't even cross his mind after telling me there's nothing he can do, yet he knows its an infection.

I felt like the whole thing was an absolute waste of time and giving information that I had already provided to them.

I don't recommend the office at all and feel like i was taken advantage of and highly believe things need to be made right, and they have the power to do so

Multiple issues happened in my visit. I don't usually write reviews but I'm still upset about the visit

First of all Ive never written a review, but this visit was so bad I felt inclined to write this. I Waited two hours for my visit. My appointment was at 10:45, I didn't get back til 12:30!! I made this appointment almost a month ago. I talked to the girl in the waiting room and her appointment was at the exact same time as me, and she had called the day of. This is bad business. Dr berry came highly recommended, I flew into Utah from California just to have him give me a physical. He had way too many patients to see, and I felt rushed. He didn't go over anything I felt concerned about. Not one. I felt like I was at a McDonald's drive through and he was trying to get me out as soon as he walked in the door. Nothing I was concerned about he went over. I felt like I wasted my time and my money. He didn't go over anything a physical would go over. I think he saw me for maybe 15min. In and out. Now I have to pay more money to see another dr because he didn't have the time to sit down and talk to me about my health. I'm never going back here, and if you actually want someone to listen to your concerns and not waist your time I wouldn't come to him either.

Firstly, I'm thankful they were able to accept a walk-in so soon, that's a great feature and wish more places would be able to do that.

I love this office. Wait times are long, no question. But that just means Dr Berry is thorough, attentive, and gives each patient his best. We also like Dr Seamons. I have not been pleased with my experience with Dr Pace, but I just don't schedule with him and it's no issue. Dr Berry is our family Dr and delivered my last baby. He's a walking medical encyclopedia, is very kind, and listens to his patients like they're not idiots. We love Dr Berry and recommend him to everyone we know. Their new PA, Matthew, seems knowledgeable and listens to your concerns.

When i was at the checkout counter the bill was $175, plus the 30% discount around $125. She had told me a few hours earlier it would be $100. WHERE DID THE EXTRA 25 COME FROM? I feel robbed and like there was no sense of taking care of a new patient. Bad experience, should have walked out of that place after doctor says he can't do anything after barely looking at it for 2 minutes. Now I wasted that money to go to another doctor and pay for the same initial visit. Other hospitals told me no because of the situation when I called them, like you should have.

Dr berry is awesome. He has delivered my last 3 singletons. ( and he sees every member of my family, including my husband) All vbacs at utah valley hospital. All went very smooth. He listens to my requests and is able to accommodate to the best of his ability. In this case everything was met and things went so smooth. Allows me to feel like I had a say in my pregnancy and delivery, which I feel is so important to feel confident and comfortable. He is so caring and personable. Best Dr I have seen. You don't feel super rushed and he takes the time to make you feel important:) as far as office visits, he always seems 'concerned' for your concern and then let's you know if he feels it is a real concern or something to just keep an on, or it will pass. He really is the best. Never makes me feel bad for asking questions or voicing my concerns. I trust dr. Berry with every member of my family, but I choose not to schedule with dr. Pace, the other physician in the office, if dr. Berry is not available. I would rather wait for an opening in doctor Berry's schedule. * the office now has texting which is amazing. I texted a question the answer me I text him that I need an appointment they answer me I text on the off hours they text me back in the morning. If it's a medical emergency you need address that differently.

Dr. Berry you a 5 star Dr. but the hassle I have to go through to get a medical question answered is starting not to feel like it's not worth the hassle.

Why do they have an answering service with no medical knowledge answering the phones? If I'm asking questions about a test for Down syndrome for my unborn child and the answering service says "oh yes! Is that the glucose test?" I feel a sense of alarm.

however

When I actually do go in for an appointment. I don't see a Doctor until 45-1 hour past my scheduled time. That is so frustrating to a parent who has to get a babysitter for each appointment just for them to take 5 minutes to check my blood pressure and listen to my baby's heartbeat.

The lady on the phone also told me that as self pay, i'd pay $100 for the visit with the 30% discount.
