Every time I've been sick, they've had same-day appointments which is important to consider because when you're sick you need to be seen asap. In Provo most offices are booked a day or two out. Mountain Peaks is worth the extra drive to see a great physician and get a same-day appointment.
I spoke with Alissa I understand her reasons why she couldn't give me the information I was requesting but she wasn't very pleasant in the way she was explaining things. If she doesn't like dealing with people and questions on a daily basis maybe she should consider working in a different field.
I was referred to the office by a friend who highly recommends Dr. Durrans. I see Blake (one of the PA's) and he is great! He's kind, happy, and makes you feel comfortable. He listens to all you have to say and helps you understand what's going on. I like his enthusiasm; you can tell he loves his work. The office itself is very nice and I've always had a good experience with the office employees and nurses as well.
I am a new client to this doctors office. Really impressed! Julie makes you feel right at home, very kind, and so friendly. I met with Blake Rapier for my physical. I was expecting to meet with an out of date, old (crusty) man... That’s not the case at all! Blake’s great too. He actually cares about you. Not a long waiting time in the lobby either. Will be coming back.
Reliable care, I have met with all 3 of the practitioners at this office to fit scheduling needs and they have all been very helpful and consistent in helping me with a variety of medical concerns. This has been my primary medical care office since 2014 and I have only had positive experiences.
Dr.durrans is a great doctor. He actually listens to you and gives you options for your treatment.
