The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have never felt pressured to buy anything. They listen and get me only for what I asked nothing more. Always willing to work with me on payments. I plan on going back for more. Thank you!
I went in there and I waited around for over 45 minutes for someone to help me. It was ridiculous. I told the guy mike I wanted a couch, this one specific couch, nothing else and he tried to force me into getting a tv, sound bar, and a freakin bedroom set. All I was interested in, was a couch. 1 simple product, not the whole store.
They are friendly and respectful from the moment I walk in the door to the time my couch arrived and was placed in my apartment. They're all a bunch of friendly and courteous gentlemen.
I do not, nor have I ever, done business with Aarons. However, Francisco Sandoval will not stop calling and threatening me. I am finding it difficult to work. He needs to stop. Immediately. He has threatened me at work, and come by my house to harass my kids. If this his how they treat someone who's never done business with them, I can only imagine how they are with people who are stuck in their stupid overpriced contracts.
Not only that, but he smelt of weed and alcohol. The weed was a very strong smell and it smelt like that up near the front desk too. Who allows a man like that to run a store?
And they still owe me a $75 check for being someone's reference. Alejandra said they would send me a $75 CHECK for being a reference. Mike turned it around and said I would get "75$ off my next purchase". How fraudulent can you be?

Ok I love this place for furnishings
I would rather spend the money at rc willey, at least then, I know what I'm getting out of it. If rather shop somewhere professional, with people who are real with me, rather than somewhere that allows their employees to smoke pot and drink liquor while they work.
