Alan was a fantastic salesman! He listened to what we were looking for, was knowledge about his inventory, and lead us to exactly what we were looking for. We also appreciated that he was helpful but not pushy, answered all of our questions, and knew about financial options for purchasing. He will be our "go to guy" whenever we buy furniture. RC Wiley should be proud to have sales staff like him. He made us lifelong customers!
Great selection here and even though it is an "in house financing" place, the prices are as good as anywhere else. Do not leave the store without checking the clearance section there because you're likely to find something you want for a great price. The cafe is good priced and I really enjoyed my coffee, surprisingly so.

We have made numerous purchases with RC Wiley in the last 2 years. We have never had anything but exceptional service! The sales team is great and extremely helpful, and we love the products they have. I would recommend them to anyone, any style, to buy their furniture! They also have great deals!
We have shopped here for many years. Outstanding employees who always help are 3 guys, Lane, Mike and a fellow named Black. We bought our kitchen floor there, the prices were great, and the floor is beautiful and stands the test of time with active family use. The installers were professional and clean. Would I recommend this place for flooring, appliances, electronics and beds? We won’t go anywhere else. If you want to be treated right, fantastic prices and great products? Then there is nowhere else I would send my friends. Hands down the best place in town. The staff make all the difference.
The only downside is sales persons.... avoid them as long as possible. They can be pushy at times, misleading (telling you answers they don't know or telling you what you want to hear) at other times. Some, I'm sure are just fine. Either way, I recommend making your choices, doing your own research and then grabbing a sales person to close the deal.
