Jeff was so great to work with. He was able to answer all our questions, he was friendly and pleasant to work with. We also worked with the manager Todd and he was great! So nice and super professional. Both Jeff and Todd were so willing to help but neither pushed me to buy anything more than I was looking for. We'll be back for sure!!
Ryan Mead was amazing!!! Great personality very knowledgeable and super friendly!!! My husband and I came in to look at a loft bed for our daughter and ended up with a fantastic bedroom set that's she's going to absolutely love!! He let us play with the mattresses and pillows which where the best thing ever and we also got an adjustable bed for ourselves!!! Amazing right??? We will be returning for our dining room table set soon definitely going to work with Ryan again!! :D
When we walked in, only intending to look and get some ideas we were greeted by Dori. She was so sweet and amazing, we ended up buying a recliner and a bedroom set, and many decor items. The service was incredible! I would definitely pick Ashley Furniture over RC Wiley for anything! The warranty on furniture are so much better than any where. Best place I’ve been to before to get furniture. Great customer service. Was helped by Doris and she helped me get everything I needed and for a deal! Would highly recommend her if you want great service. Looking at the comments Mara must have been confused Doris is the best!
I had a great time shopping here. The environment was so upbeat and amazing. You really feel like the team at Ashley is looking out for you and trying to do their best to help. My Salesman was amazing and took the time to help me find what we needed. Not only that, the Store Manager, Drew, took time out to come over and talk to us and by the way, he also made us a great deal.
We visited the Ashley store in Orem for the first time tonight and I was blown away by all the beautiful furniture that filled the store. We had gone to 3 different stores with no luck finding anything we liked. We were finally able to find exactly what we wanted at Ashley. And the quality was spot on!
