I purchased a pair of shoes here and a couple months later some of the rivets had started coming loose. I went in to talk with someone about it and the manager on duty, Joe, was very helpful. He swapped out my pair for a new pair with zero hassle. I'll have no hesitation coming here again.

Every time I've been in here I feel as though no one cares. I could spend $400 bucks and they wouldn't treat me any better. It's like you're bothering them by coming in to try on shoes. Don't bother killing with kindness, either, as they still are just as rude. Good thing I like the shoes!
