I have taken 4 of my animals here on different dates over the last 3 years. The first time we went we had to have our sweet kitty put to sleep. It was so incredibly hard but the staff was so kind and helpful. This is why we returned when we adopted a new kitty with a UTI. Again the vet we saw was very sweet and helpful. We had our dog in when she was sick and saw another vet Dr. Caron he was awesome! He took his time and explained everything clearly. This last time another one of our cats was sick. We saw Dr. Caron again, he was so sweet with our Norman. You can see it in his eyes, he genuinely cares about our furry kiddos! He took his time and was so gentle with our baby. He listened to our feelings and gave us sound medical advice and attention. I have great peace of mind knowing that when our regular vet is closed I can count on Pet Urgent Care to always be helpful, well priced, caring and so sweet with our pets! I would highly recommend them and will continue to take my furry kids here.
The tech was attentive and great with our dog, and the vet spent a good amount of time with us answering all our questions. I liked him a lot because he didn't push any procedures on us we didn't want to do or that weren't necessary.
Unfortunately I have been here twice since getting my new dog this summer. Both times the staff was very helpful on the phone before coming in. They had no hesitation about going over what my concern was and laying out what they would do or test for and what my options would be to help me make the decision to come in or wait till morning to see my vet. They did not pressure one way or the other just informed me in a very calming but honest manner. I have called once and decided to wait to see my vet but the two times we did go in it was clean and the team was great! My rescue dog is very nervous with vets and very protective about letting new people near me, but they were not hesitant at all and let him warm up, they never suggested a muzzle despite a few growls and barks which I very much appreciate! Both vets we have seen have been great about listening to my instincts about my dog's behavior and fully explaining the options and cost to me. We went in the night after having a surgery preformed at another clinic, more like a high volume butcher shop. Unlike this other place Pet Urgent Care was incredibly proactive about care and concerned for my dog's comfort as well as my own. They seemed more trustworthy to me simply because they offered more disclosure and helpful information about complications whereas the butcher shop we had been to offered nothing but "it will all be fine" rainbows and sunshine. I can't care for my dog if I don't know what to watch for. Pet Urgent Care definitely took the time to educate me on the surgery my dog had had and the follow-up care both to the surgery itself and the new complications. They do expect payment up front but I wouldn't expect anything else from a place like this. The exam prices are disclosed before you go in and then for any treatment options the price is disclosed before it is preformed. Overall great place with a great team, I hope we don't have to go back but if we do I would not think about going anywhere else!

We visited this urgent care on a weekday night and were treated quickly. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The foyer COULD have been cleaner. But it wasn't anything that deterred me. My attention was on my dog, not the house keeping.
I have a 15 month old miniature schnauzer that I felt needed to be seen. My little girl started throwing up and it continued for about 45 minutes. I called and spike with someone that allowed my to talk what was going on with my puppy. Decided to bring her in. We were greeted within the first 10 minutes of walking in. We got into a room within the next 15 to 20 minutes. Our wait time was not bad. Very nice young man brought us to the room and did her vitals. Once done we waited just a few minutes for the vet to cone in. The vet was kind and patience with us and our little dog who had a not so good experience at another vet. Listened to us made a couple simple suggestions and allowed my husband decide what step we would take next. Spent just over an hour start to finish. Room appered clean. Someone needs to pay a little more attention ob the waiting area and desk. Maybe just a hint more lighting.
What a joke. What a waste of money. The guy up front to his credit was very nice and acted like a normal human being. Then the doctor came. She gave us a dirty look and of course wasn’t even able to at least say hello. Our dog was constipated and she wanted an extra $400 on top of the $85 fee for the checkup so that she could give him some drugs and acupuncture. We paid the $85 and walked out. Sorry I don’t like leaving bad reviews but wow don’t waste your money!!!!
If I need pet urgent care again I will take my lil dog back to them.
Price sure slightly higher however they are a Pet Urgent Care. As a consumer its my job to know and understand the charges. If you don't ask them shame on you.
