Now it is Sunday, despite the place being closed, I've waited 3 hours in hope to meet the worker that is supposed to come in the mornings to take care of all the dogs being boarded (in hopes I can get my dog)- the staff previously communicated they take care of the boarded dogs daily between 8-9am and 5-6pm and get walks during that time. I've waited from 730am to 10am in my car with no signs of any employee taking care of any dogs. Basically my dog is being denied water, food and the care that was promised to the point I don't know if my dog or other dogs are alright.
They helped us quickly with a hurt puppy. Even got his shots up to date while we were there. Good price, quick and friendly service. We'll be back.
Because of their failure of staying open on Saturday and coming on time, I will now have to wait over a long weekend to get my dog back on Tuesday. I left voicemails to no success and they don't provide any emergency number.
The second dog I took here was simply for a check up and to get his shots done. The temp vet was great and very friendly and informative.
We love Dr. DeGering and his staff at Ribbonwood. He consistently goes out of his way to find the best possible solution to our dog's health issues. He is kind and patient and knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and efficient. I have and continue to recommend this office to others.

My dog has gotten excellent care here since he was a puppy. I totally trust the Vet and his staff for any emergency should one arise. Always cheerful & friendly atmosphere, very clean & always smells good.
I love this place. I've taken 2 dogs here and had a fantastic experience both times. My first dog that I took here was unfortunately to he put down due to very old age. The vet and staff were very professional and gave me and my family ample time to say good bye and walked us through the whole process. After the fact, they sent us a thoughtful condolences letter in the mail.
They absolutely lost a consistent customer and will NOT recommend them ever. Can wait until I get my dog back from this terrible place.
I have my dog there for boarding, I called in first thing in the morning at 9:15am to communicate to them I will be picking up my dog up at 11:45am Saturday before they close at Noon. I also paid over the phone for services rendered. We came at 11:40am and the doors were locked. Despite seeing workers inside the store and knocking on the doors, they just ignored it. Left without my dog.
