I only saw a single dead fish out of likely over 500, that's pretty great and it was just a feeder goldfish. There was also a dog poop
Have a little guy/girl and need dog stuff for them! Well this place def has a huge variety of what you may be looking for!!! I love their dog food and dog accessories they provide. Always great selections and friendly customer service provided there! Got my little guy a dog tag, leash and dog food for a decent price! Also signed up for a rewards account due to me being happy with PetSmart!! 5 out of 5!!
PetSmart has a lot of selection. There also seemed to be employees around to help out. Unfortunately, the line was long and there didn't seem to be enough cashiers. The cashier was pleasant and wanted to make sure that our questioned were answered. She was knowledgeable about the pets and suggestions she made. We'll definitely return.
I have mixed feelings about this PetSmart. The good? Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and they usually always have what I'm looking for. Fast checkout and easy parking.
Grooming-it's hit or miss. Most of the time the grooming staff look angry and my dog's nails have come back done half-assed and just a bad job. Sometimes it's OKAY.
This is a lovely and well kept pet shop. Very healthy animals and regular adoption events! I loved the cats they had, very deserving of homes--adopt cats! They have hairless guinea pigs here and they are AMAZING. They seemed super friendly through the glass and now I may purchase one as a pet in the future. They also had some gorgeous doves!
Got our dog groomed here and received terrible service from the girl who groomed him. She cut his nails way too short so he was bleeding but she didn’t say anything to us and we weren’t given a grooming report either so we had to remove the blood stains from our car. We reported it to her and she didn’t apologize or offer to help. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the store manager eventually helped.
Overall, I usually visit once every couple months. Happy with the customer service. Lots of items in stock. Can't complain.
The bad? Items are massively over priced. If I don't need an item right away I just use Amazon.
Dog training- if your dog is a 3 month old puppy with no behavior problems their dog training classes are for you. If you have a 6+ month puppy that barks, jumps or nips I would try somewhere else. They just aren't able to teach my dog with issues anything.
