The hospital IOP is a great program. I’ve been inpatient 4 times and this is my second time doing the IOP. I’d recommend it. They discuss many relevant topics to issues patients are dealing with.
I can't express enough how grateful I am for this place. They helped my 15 yrs old daughter so much! They taught her copying skills and else. The staff was always friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. After she spent a week in the hospital, she was referred to the intense outpatient program. Marilyn and Annie are AMAZING! They truly do care for these teenagers they have in therapy. Brandon is also super! Austin is so good and make these kids feel appreciated with his sweet smile. My daughter has improved so much with their expertise, love, caring, support. These two ladies which are truly angels! My daughter loves them so much! For now, and until my daughter needs them, I could not imagine our lives without these two amazing, professional and loving ladies!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I highly recommend this place to other parents that are suffering due their teenagers poor choices! Thank you Provo Canyon!!!
My boyfriend stayed here for 3 weeks and he was just as manic the day he went in as the day he got out. We tried explaining to nurses and the therapist he wasn't ready to be released and they didn't care. We talked to another case worker from valley mental health and he said that they've been having problems with this hospital. They might be good for depression but they didn't help with his mania.
In patient was way way to much down time! Not help full at all! For me anyways .
I am so thankful for the care that my father received at this facility. He was dealing with depression and tried to commit suicide, which none of us realized was so bad because he kept to himself. He attended their outpatient program for a few weeks after he left the hospital and is doing better now than he has in years! I am so grateful for the caring staff - who were caring and helped him in his journey to get better. Thank you Provo Canyon!!
***IOP is fantastic and needs to be offered for more patients its so good .very helpful! Great great experience . Brandon and Annie our phenomenal great asset to the company!
