The employees are nice and will go in the back just to double check if you can't find your size out on the floor. Go here when they have the twice upon a year sale, you can get the merch at a good price.
We went walking at the mall early today and my son was looking through the windows. One of the employees asked if he'd like to help magically open the store. He did and it was amazing! The lady was very nice and patient with my almost 3 year old!
Have always had a great experience at this store. The Cast Members are friendly and fun. We have made several friends here. The prices are a little expensive but it is Disney. Store is clean and easy to get around.
Let's just say that when my wife has had a hard day with the kids (3 under 5) this is where she chooses to go with her free time
The prices are generally too high for my blood but the kids love the ambiance here. I'll occasionally come in here with them but we generally never buy anything
