I love Dress Collective! They have the best customer service and best selection to choose dresses from! I would definitely recommend dress collective to anyone! You can find a dress for any event that you need! And if you don't find the perfect dress from the selection in the shop they have books you can look through with dresses in them and they will order one for you! Dress collective is by far the best dress stores I've been to. Not only did they have an outstanding variety of dresses and get new dresses in all the time, but they also gave us fantastic customer service. The staff was so nice and helpful even though we were there for hours trying to find the perfect dress. They asked what type of style we were looking for and brought us dresses that matched that description until we found the perfect one. My friends and I had a great time and we will definitely be back again!
Me and my friends love Dress Collective! They have always been so great with helping me find dresses last minute, and Britnie is always willing to buy new dresses I send her pictures of. Really great selection and really great customer service! Even when it's busy the waiting list doesn't take too long to get through, and the employees are very nice and very helpful while you're waiting. I usually hate shopping and trying things on but Dress Collective makes it fun.
I called the owner hoping to resolve the issue. Not only was she not willing to help, but told me that it was my fault for renting a dress last minute. She said that she would look at the dress and call me back, but I never heard back.. Horrible experience!
Such a fun store! My friends and I love coming shopping for informal and formal dances here. Staff is friendly and considerate, as well as helpful but not too pushy! I always have a good experience and can find a dress I love!
The staff was helpful and I thought that I had found the perfect dress, the only problem is that it had a pretty large tear in the back by the zipper. I needed the dress for an event in two days and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it except provide safety pins to try and keep it closed. I didn't have time to look for another dress so I figured I would take their word for it.They also weren't willing to discount the rental at the time I took the dress, but said that I should speak to the owner when I returned it.
Before I went to the event I tried to close the dress with safety pins and it would not close the hole completely, so I had the dress professionally repaired. When I went to return the dress the next business day (during store hours) no one was there! I had to leave the dress with the tenant downstairs and get the owners number from them.
