All the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager was wonderful and the repair staff did an amazing job.
I recently got married and there was an unfortunate event with my diamond just days before my wedding! We live 3 hours away and the manager and the team kicked into high gear and went above and beyond all expectations. I am so incredibly impressed with the staff and customer service! If I could give this place a 10 star I would these people were and still are AMAZING!!!
I came in to Jared while we were in town visiting and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. They cleaned my jewelry and did a minor repair for me while I was there, and helped me to design a custom piece of jewelry as well!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a truly amazing experience at this store. The store manager, Marc, and his staff were truly exceptional in helping me find the perfect ring. I am very particular regarding what I like and dislike, and usually have a very difficult time finding something I truly love. However, the staff here did everything they could to help me find the perfect ring. I never felt pressured, and even though I came back several times during the course of a few weeks, they always made me feel welcomed and did everything they could to help me find what I had in mind. Ring shopping can be quite an overwhelming and daunting task, but if you decide to give this place a chance, the staff will do everything they can to make it an enjoyable and smooth process. I had the opportunity to work with the store manager and most of the staff here, and I can truly say that every single one of them is very pleasant to work with and will ensure you feel valued. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family, and will not go elsewhere in the future!
The new manager is amazing! I went in before to look at some pandora and other jewelry and couldn't get out fast enough! Now with Marc it is such a different experience! So glad I was able to meet him and see that he has completely changed this place around. Was able to shine my ring for me and it looks AMAZING! I went in with intentions to merely see their selection. The sales rep talked me into seeing what kind of financial lending I could qualify for. Well she wasn't very transparent with this and ended up signing me up for a credit card. None of this was obvious on the application and I suppose I should have been more thorough to read the fine print. She insisted this wouldn't affect my credit score. Well consider myself annoyed. It's a real deal credit card through Jared. Not a simple financing program. Never going here again.
