They were patient while we took time to look at other jewelers, but when it came down to it they were able to match and custom make a ring based off of what we liked from other jewelry stores for a much better price. Steve was awesome! I’d highly recommend requesting him when you go in. He was very knowledgeable and never pressured us into making a decision. We had a very easy time working through Sierra West!

My experience with Sierra West has been nothing short of amazing! We found an engagement ring that we loved at another jeweler and while Sierra West didn't have that exact ring, they were willing to make the same ring for much cheaper! In fact, I love the new ring more! John and Adam were the ones who helped us, and they were awesome! I would recommend Sierra West to anyone! You won't find better quality rings for their prices! We visited many jewelers around the Provo and Orem area looking to buy an engagement ring for the first time. We happened to see the sign for Sierra-West Jewelers and decided to stop in. This is the first place that we stopped at and we kept coming back to it. None of our other stops compared to the experience that we had here. Sierra West was awesome! They were a big help to me when finding my wife's engagement ring. They have a great selection of Beautiful rings! My favorite thing was that it was a no pressure environment. The workers there really are in your best interest, they understand how important finding the right ring is to you. Very supportive! They also make sure to educate you about the rings and diamonds. Being a 22 year old, I really had no knowledge about rings or cuts of diamonds before going into Sierra West. Great People and Great rings! Highly Recommended!
