Too bad the gorgeous ring I got does not match my experience. I was asking questions about the return policy and extended warranty and the lady assisting me said; "you seem rather high functioning". I was totally caught off guard, I mean this was no small purchase and I just wanted to make sure I understood the transaction. Also, other staff members kept interrupting and talking over one another while I was being helped. It seemed very unprofessional and more like a circus then a upscale jewelry store.
I am so appreciative of the service I get at this Kay's location! The staff are very knowledgeable and they care about my experience and keeping my ring clean and beautiful. The staff helped my husband pick the perfect ring and surprised me with something I had never seen before but fell completely in love with.
I just recently bought an engagement ring here, (she said yes btw) and I just have to say the service here is incredible! The one who helped me was Sam, and I am very impressed with how much he helped and cared about everything
ALSO: a 10% discount is not a discount, they can do that at any time. It's nothing special. Don't let that sale you on anything.
LIbby is fantastic, and I"m sure the others there are wonderful people. However, I watched Gary do a lot of illegal, inappropriate and down right awful things. He is managing that store. Take that as a sign that Kays, or at least the regional management, doesn't really care about anything but money.
As a previous employee, I can assure you that anyone who gave Gary a good review has either been paid off, was given a fantastic discount, is a fake review, or that they are oblivious to the fact that Gary is a pushy car sales man at best. There are four other jewelry stores in that mall; go there.
Kay Jewlers is the best! We came here to purchase our ring and it was the best experience ever! They were so knowledgeable and made sure we got to look at everything thing to make sure we knew exactly what we wanted. Love my ring. So glad we picked Kay Jewlers!!!!
