I've always loved Chile's, my wife and I have been known to go here just for the desserts which never disappoint. If a Chocolate Molten Lava Cake IV was a thing I would by one. however the food the last couple times we've been here has been really salty. My wife usually adds salt to her food which I find disgusting, here she doesn't have to. I end up drinking about 2 gallons of water to make up for it. Other than that, it's a good place to eat.
With that said , the waitress was amazing , the manager apologized for the mistakes and discounted our meal as well as issuing a $20 in gift cards, but sadly that doesn’t make up to how badly I’m feeling now.
Really great! Our waitress, I think her name was Lari? She was awesome! The food was great! We got a half order of the appetizer Texas cheese fries minus the jalapenos or green onions and they were so delicious! Which by the way the half order for the two of us was plenty, I don't think we could have handled the full order..My husband got the blueberry tea and thought it was yummy, he also got the combination dinner with BBQ ribs, jalapeno cheddar sausage, corn, a slice of bread (has seasoning on it that was way spicy) and he loved his meal! I ordered the guacamole burger (minus Everything except cheese and guacamole) and it was so good!!!! Cooked to perfection! Total came to $36 and some change so kinda pricey, but worth it for the quality of food.
We had hoped for a better experience specially that it was my wife’s birthday meal.
Not only part of our meal was so over cooked and burnt my chicken Fajitas had shrimp in them and I only realized that after I started to eat , I don’t tolerate sea food and now I’m suffering because of their mistake and carelessness preparing the food , not taking into account customers with allergies.
Chili's is a perfect name. Food was nice and cold lol. I think the best part was when the waitress stopped coming around when I complained. Hey Chili's, eating out was originally created so customers could eat amazing food that they could never make at home. Thank God I'm home so now I can make as eat dinner lol
Love their chips and salsa and boneless wings. But there's always a wait, and service is slow. All their other food is mediocre, and can be purchased anywhere.
