The food itself was the let down. Everything was going well but all of our sandwiches were cold and the bread was dry. The chicken nuggets were room temperature. But the sandwiches were straight up cold.
The frostys were perfect. Fries were perfect.
Wait was so terrible (15+ minutes) with one car ahead of us in the drive through. The biggest joke. It was about 8:30 on a Saturday night too, which I wouldn’t expect to be a time for super slow service. The food was fine. Fries were almost cold though. He charged our card before ever putting any of our food together. Serious joke. Will avoid!
Almost 5 stars. We arrived and was greeted well by Erwin at the counter. Very friendly and attentive. 5 stars for him. While waiting for our food Brandon came by while refilling ketchup and introduced himself and asked us how our day was going. Five stars for him. Clean restaurant which I also attribute to Brandon.
People make mistakes and that's fine but I really appreciate those who own up to them and make it right again.
Dispite the disappointment in the food I'm still leaving 4 stars because out of all the Wendy's in Utah County this one is the most impressive. Pleased and will give them another chance on the food in the next few weeks.
Really good food when fresh. Kinda unreliably fresh though.
Remember these names JD and Larry. Although I typically stray away from fast food, and don't eat it when I can avoid it, I hapened to find myself at this wendys drive through. The service was nothing short of phenominal. The two young men that were working tonight were the most friendy, most out going workers I have ever encountered while setting out to get grunge food, or really, any other type of food. If you ever get an opurtunity to obtain "food from this establishment, ask for JD or Larry. You wont regret it.
We had 4 problems with our order. We called and the manager took care of us and made it right.
